Changes in organizations and how change is managed is increasingly affecting both employees and managers. Companies therefore need a tool that lets them quickly and efficiently assess impacts on health, work and the management of change, both upcoming and underway, as well as the feasibility of planned changes. Such an assessment is a needed prerequisite when considering steps to take to better pilot change and manage health-related risks. The Human Feasibility Study© (HFS) is a method devised by Jean-Pierre Brun to analyze the relationships between occupational health problems, management and change.
