Empreinte Humaine was founded in 2012 by two partner consultants: Jean-Pierre Brun (professor of management Université Laval, Québec) and Christophe Nguyen (occupational psychologist).
As a Certified Occupational Risk Prevention Professional and Training Agency, Empreinte Humaine relies on rigorous scientific research and our experience with numerous French and international companies of all sizes and sectors.

Holder of a PhD in Ergonomics (CNAM, Paris). Professor of Management at Université Laval in Québec. Founder and current director of the Chair of Occupational Health and Safety Management and founder of the MBA in OHS Management. He provides advice and expertise to a diverse range of companies, managers, and trade unions in Canada and internationally, including in France, where he has trained numerous CODIRs, managers and CHSCTs.
Holder of a specialized Master’s from ESSEC in Human Resources Management. After working in the fields of employer brand and corporate skills management, he performed over 70 diagnostic analyses of psychosocial risk in diverse public and private sector companies.
Holder of a graduate degree in clinical and pathological psychology Psychologist, manager, and senior management team member at the Institut d’Education Motrice, arm of the Croix Rouge Française (French Red Cross) in the Seine-et-Marne region of France. A trainer for large French corporations in the areas of stress management, piloting change and psychosocial risk prevention.
Holds a Professional Master’s in Work and Organizational Psychology Consultant on recruitment and human resources for different sectors (BTP, medical/social, energy, work integration) Specialized in change management for the sectors of defence, telecom, IT, building trades and industry in France and abroad (reorganization, takeover, strategy development, assumption of duties/integration, talent management, evaluation of potential).
Holder of a bachelor’s degree in finance and accounting Holder of a Master I degree in SME Creation and Development and a Master II in Management Control and Corporate Finance Currently completing an MBA in Corporate Finance and Financial Strategy at the EDC de Paris Business School
